How to request a change of ownership

If you have recently sold your property or will no longer manage it directly, you can transfer your account to a new owner instead of cancelling your subscription.

Before you begin

  • Only users with billing permissions can submit cancellation requests

  • To check permissions, navigate to Property Name > Billing > Billing users

  • Ensure you have the new owner’s contact details ready

Request a change of ownership

  1. Navigate to Property Name > Billing in the top right

  2. Select Accounts

  3. Click Manage account

  4. Click Continue and select Change the ownership of my account

  5. Complete required fields

Important notes:

  • Little Hotelier Basics customers: Requests are actioned as soon as possible with confirmation email upon completion

  • All other customers: Our team will contact you to confirm details and gather additional information
