If you have recently sold your property or will no longer manage it directly, you can transfer your account to a new owner instead of cancelling your subscription.
Before you begin
Only users with billing permissions can submit cancellation requests
To check permissions, navigate to Property Name > Billing > Billing users
Ensure you have the new owner’s contact details ready
Request a change of ownership
Navigate to Property Name > Billing in the top right
Select Accounts
Click Manage account
Click Continue and select Change the ownership of my account
Complete required fields
