Getting started with Little Hotelier Billing

Access the self-service billing portal via Property Name > Billing in the top right corner.

Note: Only billing users can access the billing portal.

Navigation

Overview

  • View all billing accounts

  • Check outstanding balances

  • Monitor account status

Invoices

  • Access current and past invoices

  • Track payments and adjustments

  • Download invoice records

Booking fees

  • View commission-based fees (Little Hotelier Basics or Flex, Demand Plus, Channels Plus)

  • View booking fee calculations and billable amounts

Accounts

  • Manage payment methods

  • Set up automatic payments

  • Update billing preferences

Billing users

  • Add/remove billing users

  • Manage user access permissions

Account management

Multiple accounts

Each Little Hotelier product requires its own billing account. This includes:

  • Main subscription

  • Value-add products (Demand Plus, Channels Plus)

Each account has separate:

  • Billing cycles

  • Payment settings

  • Balances

Note: Remember to set up automatic payments individually for each account you want to automate.

Payment options

  1. Manual payment

    1. Click Pay Now for outstanding balances

    2. Process individual invoices

    3. Enable automatic payments for future invoices

  2. Automatic payments

    1. Set up per account

    2. Configure in Accounts tab

    3. Overpayments are credited to future invoices

Account status

  • Current: May have upcoming payment

  • Overdue: Requires immediate payment to avoid restricted access or cancellation of your account
