Understanding rate parity
Maintaining consistent pricing across all distribution channels is important because:
It builds guest trust and loyalty by ensuring fair pricing and a smooth booking experience
Rate parity is included in most OTA agreements, which require consistent room rates across all booking channels. It can affect your property’s ranking on OTAs.

How far ahead you can view rates
You can view and refresh rates within a fixed window from today:
30 days from today
90 days from today if your property is using Dynamic Revenue Plus
You cannot view or refresh dates further ahead than this window. In the date picker, dates further ahead than the window cannot be selected. The Next arrow is greyed out once you reach the limit, and the Previous arrow is greyed out once you reach today, so you cannot move the date range beyond either point. The Refresh button is greyed out when all the dates shown are further ahead than you can view.
