Overview
Little Hotelier automatically validates card details and displays an invalid card symbol on the Calendar and Reservations > Details tab if there are any issues. You will receive an email notification when a card is invalid.

Common causes of invalid cards
Incorrect card details: Guests may enter incorrect information when booking through online channels or your website. Contact the booking channel and mark the card as invalid.
Expired card: The card's expiry date has passed. Contact the guest to update their payment information.
Virtual credit cards: These cards have specific activation dates (usually check-in date). Wait until the activation date before processing the payment.
Missing CVC: Card Verification Code (CVC) not provided during booking. For booking engine reservations, check your email for the CVC. Then add the CVC to the reservation details.
