An unallocated reservation is a booking not assigned to a specific room, which reduces room type availability and risks overbooking. You can view and manage unallocated reservations directly in the Little Hotelier mobile app.
Assign a room using the mobile app

Assign a room for unallocated reservations in the Little Hotelier mobile app via Calendar:
Log into the mobile app
Navigate to Calendar
Tap the Unallocated button
View unallocated reservations (6-day range)
Tap Assign room on the reservation
Choose from:
Same room type
Other room type
Tap +Assign on selected room
