About enhanced sync
Enhanced sync allows you to centrally manage your Booking.com room types and rate plans directly through Little Hotelier. You will not need to log in to the Booking.com extranet to manage your room types or room rates, saving you time and reducing the need for manual and duplicate tasks on the channel’s extranet.
With enhanced sync, the below settings will be centrally managed in Little Hotelier and synced to Booking.com:

Cancellation policy
Inclusions (for example, breakfast)
Minimum/Maximum advance booking
Room type details
Room type name
Maximum occupancy
Maximum adults
Maximum children
Bed type configuration

You will need to add and update your images via the Booking.com extranet
Any changes you make to the mapped room rate in Booking.com's extranet will be overwritten by the settings in Little Hotelier.
Create new room types on Booking.com with enhanced sync
Create new room types on Booking.com directly from Little Hotelier with enhanced sync. To create a new room type on Booking.com:
Navigate to Distribution > Channels > Booking.com
Go to the Room rates mapping tab
On an existing room type that is not yet mapped to Booking.com, click Map to Booking.com
In the Mapped to drop-down, select Create a new room type on Booking.com
Update the relevant details in Channel room type configuration
Click Save
The room type will now be created on Booking.com and the room type will be managed via Little Hotelier
To map a room type to an existing (but unmapped) room type on Booking.com, in the Mapped to drop-down, rather than creating a new room type, select an existing room type that is already created on Booking.com.
Create new rate plans on Booking.com with enhanced sync
Create new rate plans on Booking.com directly from Little Hotelier with enhanced sync. To create a new rate plan on Booking.com:
Navigate to Distribution > Channels > Booking.com
Go to the Room rates mapping tab
Ensure the Group by drop-down option is set to Rate plan
On an existing rate plan that is not yet mapped to Booking.com, click Map to Booking.com rate plan
In the Mapped to drop-down, select Create a new rate plan on Booking.com
Update the relevant details in Channel rate plan configuration
Click Save
The rate plan will now be mapped to Booking.com and the rate plan will be managed via Little Hotelier

Create new room rates on Booking.com directly from Little Hotelier with enhanced sync. To create a new room rate on Booking.com:
Navigate to Distribution > Channels > Booking.com
Go to the Room rates mapping tab
On an existing room rate that is not yet mapped to Booking.com, click Map to Booking.com
In the Mapped to drop-down, select Create a new room rate on Booking.com
Update the relevant details in Channel rate configuration
Click Save
The room rate will now be mapped to Booking.com and the room rate will be managed via Little Hotelier
Notes:
If a room rate is mapped before its rate plan, its rate plan will be automatically mapped during the room rate mapping.
When mapping a room rate to Booking.com, if the room rate’s rate plan has been previously mapped to Booking.com, our system will automatically check whether there is a matching room rate on the channel. If a matching room rate is found, the Mapped to drop-down will be pre-filled.
If no matching room rate was found on the channel, our system will automatically prompt you to create a new room rate on the channel.
Manage mapped rooms and rates for Booking.com
Manage mapped room types, rate plans, and room rates for Booking.com in Distribution > Channels > Booking.com > in the Room rates mapping or Room types mapping tab.
Click on the mapped room or rate to edit, disconnect, or delete it.
Configure: Click configure and select Yes / No to Start updating the channel under Channel Settings. This controls the synchronisation of updates to Booking.com.
Disconnect from channel: Disconnect the room type/room rate/rate plan and all associated rates from Booking.com. The updates from Little Hotelier will no longer be synced to Booking.com, however, the room type/rate plan and its rates will still be listed on Booking.com — if you want to remove them, please do so via the Booking.com extranet.
Delete from channel: Delete the room type/room rate/rate plan and all of its associated rates from Booking.com.
Booking.com channel settings
To configure the channel settings for Booking.com, go to Distribution > Channels > Booking.com > Channel settings. Common settings:
Use length of stay on arrival: Select Yes / No
Disable connection to Booking.com: Click this button to disconnect the channel from Little Hotelier
