2. Tap Payments and refunds
3. Select the payment to refund
4. Tap Process a refund
5. Review and adjust the refund amount if needed
6. Optional:
 1. Add note to enter notes about the refund
 2. Toggle Add copy of note to invoice
 3. Toggle Email copy of invoice to send to guest
7. Tap Review to confirm refund details
8. Tap Refund​
