Download the app
The Little Hotelier mobile app is available for free with the latest versions of iOS and Android on both smartphones and tablets. Download it from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Log into the app
Use your existing Little Hotelier account details to log in to the app:
Open the Little Hotelier mobile app.
Enter your e-mail address and password.
Tap Log in.
Verify with MFA
If you manage multiple properties, select a property and tap Continue.
Update the app
💡 Keep the app updated to avoid loading performance issues. Outdated versions are the most common cause of the app not working or failing to load. Turn on automatic updates in your app store settings to receive the latest version automatically when it becomes available.
To update the version of your mobile app:
Open your device's app store (App Store for iOS or Google Play Store for Android).
Search for the Little Hotelier mobile app.
If an update is available, tap Update.
Switch between properties
To switch to a different property in the app:
Tap the Home tab.
Tap the gear icon (Settings).
Tap Switch properties.
Select the property you want to view.
