Log in with MFA using the Little Hotelier mobile app:

Before you begin

  • Ensure you have your email address and password ready

  • Install the Little Hotelier mobile app for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

  • Set up the Little Hotelier mobile app as your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) method

  • Check you have a stable internet connection

Login steps

Navigate to the Little Hotelier login page:

  1. Type your email address

  2. Enter your password

  3. Click Log in

Complete multi-factor authentication using the Little Hotelier mobile app:

  1. Note the number displayed on your desktop screen

  2. Open the Little Hotelier mobile app

  3. Respond to the sign-in authorisation notification

  4. Select the matching number shown in your mobile app

  5. Complete biometric verification when prompted

  6. Upon successful verification, your property dashboard will load

  7. All features and menus will become available

💡 If you use a different MFA method, such as an authenticator app or browser authenticator extension, the login flow differs from the steps above.

Note: Each staff member must have their own user account with a unique email address. The system automatically blocks logins when it detects unusual activity. You may see an error message “Unauthorized access blocked" or “Sorry, unable to process your request”.

Password requirements

  • Minimum 8 characters

  • Combination of letters and numbers

  • Include special characters

Troubleshooting common login issues

If you’re having trouble logging in, try the following:

  • Verify your email address is correct

  • Ensure Caps Lock is off when entering your password

  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies

  • Try using a different browser

Password reset

If you've forgotten your password:

  1. Click the Forgot password? link on the login page

  2. Follow the reset instructions sent to your email

  3. Create a new password that meets the requirements listed above

Important notes:

  • New devices or browsers will require additional security verification

  • Both your desktop and mobile app will be granted access after successful MFA verification
