View and manage notifications and preferences


How will I receive notifications?

  • In-app notifications: log into Little Hotelier on your computer (click the bell icon) or open the mobile app (Notifications tab)

  • E-mail notifications: Sent directly to the e-mail address associated with your account

  • Push notifications: Pop-up alerts that appear on your mobile device screen (requires the mobile app)


View notifications

Desktop

  1. Click the bell icon in the navigation bar

  2. Review notifications related to your connected channels

  3. Filter notifications by selecting Show unread only

  4. Click on a notification to view its full message

If you manage more than one property, you can view notifications for a different property by using the Property name drop-down menu.

Mobile app

  1. Tap the Notifications tab at the bottom of your screen

  2. Tap Select to mark multiple notifications as read at once


What types of notifications will I receive?

Reservations

  • General

  • New reservations

  • Check-ins

  • Cancellations

Channel Manager

  • Channel awaiting setup

  • Channel disabled

  • Channel rate disabled

  • Channel performance updates (slow updates or service interruptions)

Dynamic Revenue Plus

If you are subscribed to Dynamic Revenue Plus, you will get real-time alerts for:

  • Pricing recommendations and rate suggestions based on market data

  • Local event alerts that may affect demand in your area

  • Competitor rate changes and pricing updates

  • Booking pace updates

You must have Dynamic Revenue Plus enabled on your account to receive these notifications.


Manage notification settings

Manage preferences via desktop

Log into your platform on your computer to manage which notifications you want to receive:

  1. Click the bell icon in the top navigation bar

  2. Click View all

  3. Click on Settings (gear icon)

  4. Click on the toggle switches for each category to turn notifications on or off

  5. Tick the E-mail box next to any notifications you want delivered to your inbox

Note: To set up push notifications for your mobile device, you'll need to download and log into the mobile app > turn on mobile notifications in Notification settings.

Manage preferences via the mobile app

To turn on push alerts and get real-time notifications on your mobile device:

  1. Open the mobile app and tap on the settings gear icon

  2. Tap on Notification settings

  3. Tap on the toggle switches for each category to turn notifications on or off

  4. For each notification type, select your preferred delivery method:

  5. Tap the Bell icon to enable push notifications for your mobile device

  6. Tap the Envelope icon to get notifications via e-mail
