Manage your property’s inventory using the inventory grid. To update your rates and restrictions, go to Distribution > Inventory.
How to update your inventory
You can manage your inventory in three ways:
Individual updates: Click a cell to change a single value
Copy tool: Replicate changes across multiple dates or room types
Bulk updates: Make multiple changes to dates, room types and channels at once
Bulk update rates or restrictions
Update multiple dates, room types, or channels at once:
Navigate to Distribution > Inventory
Click Bulk update
From the Set dropdown list, select what you want to update (Rates, Stop sell, Close to arrivals, Close to departures, Min. length of stay, Max. length of stay)
Enter or select the value in the To field
Set a Date range (click + Add another date range to add more dates)
Select applicable days
Select the room types, room rates, or channel rates to apply the update
Select the channels you want to update
Click Save
Update one rate or restriction across multiple dates
To update a single room type, room rate, or channel rate across multiple dates, use the Quick bulk update button
Navigate to Distribution > Inventory
Locate the inventory item and date to change
Click the lightning button next to the inventory
Set your new value in the Quick bulk update window
Select the date range and applicable days of the week
Click Save
Copy rates
Copy rates to other room types, room rates, or channel rates across multiple dates.
Navigate to Distribution > Inventory
Click on a value, enter your new value
Click Copy and select a copy option:
Click Save changes

Copy rate across: Apply this change to all visible dates
Apply selected rate to other rates: Apply these changes to other room rates or channel rates that belong to the same room type or room rate
Apply rate row to other rates: Apply a row of changes to other room rates or channel rates that belong to the same room type or room rate
Notes:
Derived rates appear greyed out and cannot be manually changed. When you update the base rate, all derived rates will automatically update. You’ll see a ‘forbidden’ icon if you try to change a derived rate.
If a channel doesn't support specific inventory updates, you’ll need to set the restrictions directly in the channel's extranet
