About third-party payment gateways
Little Hotelier Pay is our fully integrated payment solution, offering seamless integration with our booking engine. However, if Little Hotelier Pay isn't available in your region, you can connect a third-party payment gateway to take deposits and reservation payments for your direct booking reservations.
Available third-party payment gateways
The third-party payment gateways available depend on your region. To check which gateways are available for your property, go to Payments.
Little Hotelier supports integration with the following payment providers (depending on your region):
AsiaPay: Regional solution for Asia with these gateway options: PayDollar, PesoPay, SiamPay, and BimoPay
PayPal: Global payment platform accepting credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal accounts
Paystack: African payment solution available in South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, and Ghana
Activate a third-party payment gateway
Only admin users can activate Payments:
Navigate to Payments
Click Activate now
Enter your payment gateway credentials
Click Save gateway to complete the connection

AsiaPay
Regional availability:
PayDollar: Australia, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, and Vietnam
PesoPay: Philippines
SiamPay: Thailand
BimoPay: Indonesia
Payment methods:
Credit card transactions
E-wallet transactions (AliPay, WeChat Pay, LinePay)
Setup requirements:
BimoPay: BimoPay account
Merchant ID
Secure Hash Code
Merchant API login ID (different from your AsiaPay login)
Merchant API password (different from your AsiaPay password)
After integration, you will need to contact AsiaPay Support to change your data feed URL under your merchant account to:
Note: Over-the-counter transactions are not supported for SiamPay and PesoPay. We recommend disabling this option in your AsiaPay settings.

After enabling Paystack, you must configure the webhook in your Paystack dashboard:
Go to Settings > API Keys & Webhooks
Update the webhook URL with your booking engine URL
To find your booking engine URL, navigate to Setup > Live booking engine URL
Change your third-party payment gateway
If you need to switch your integrated third party payment gateway, first disconnect your existing gateway, then activate the new one.
To disconnect your existing gateway:
Go to Payments.
Follow the steps to disconnect/disable the payment gateway.
Once the existing gateway is disconnected, activate the new gateway.
