Spanish law requires hotels to submit daily police reports for all guests aged 16 and older, including both check-ins and check-outs for the selected date. This report is only available for properties located in Spain.
Before you begin
You must have your Hotel Establishment Code ready (provided by the Police)
Your property must be registered in Spain
You need admin access to configure property details
Add your hotel establishment code
To submit police reports, first set up yourHotel Establishment Code:
Navigate to Setup > Property details
Find the Hotel Establishment Code field
Enter your code
Click Save
Generate and export the police report
Navigate to Reports > Operational > Police report
Select your date range
Review the Report Reference Number (generated automatically but can be changed)
Click Export Report
A .txt file will be generated and downloaded automatically. This file should be submitted through the official police website.
