Understanding the new ‘Rate plan’ concept

Updated over 3 weeks ago

The new Little Hotelier platform introduces the Rate plan concept, which lets you set up a single rate and link it to multiple room types, allowing you to manage pricing more efficiently and have greater control over how your property is sold.

  • Rate plan: The set of rules and conditions that define how a room is sold (e.g., Standard rate, Bed and Breakfast rate).

  • Room rate: The specific price and conditions you set for selling a particular room type through your booking channels (e.g., Queen room / Standard rate).
