Manage transactions

Note on third-party payment gateways: This article applies only to Little Hotelier Pay. If you use a third-party payment gateway (such as PayPal) for direct bookings, the transactions will not be visible in your transactions list. You must view and confirm payments directly with your provider.

Navigate to Payments > Transactions to view all charges and refunds processed via Little Hotelier Pay.

View transactions details


Charge details

  • Status

  • Date and time

  • Reservation ID

  • Associated payout

  • Source

  • Transaction ID

  • Amount

  • Fee

  • Amount available for refund: payment amount that can be refunded

  • Print confirmation

Payment details

  • Payment method

  • Cardholder name

  • Card type

  • Card number

  • Card expiry

  • Country of origin

Associated refunds

  • Any refunds (partial/full) will be listed here

Refunds

Refund a reservation

  • Navigate to Calendar or Reservations > find and open reservation > Payments > click Process Refund

Refund a virtual terminal payment

  • Navigate to Payments > Transactions > find and open transaction > click Refund

Export transactions

Filter options

  • Search by name/reservation

  • Date range

  • Amount

  • Transaction type (refund/charge)

Export data

  1. Apply filters (Search, Date range, Amount, Type)

  2. Click Export

  3. Download CSV file
