About the Availability report
The Availability report shows you availability and fulfilment (number of rooms sold) data for both your property and local market, based on inventory availability distributed through Little Hotelier.
Use the Availability report to:
Monitor your room availability compared to your fulfilment to identify when you may need to adjust rates or implement strategies to increase bookings.
See the market’s fulfilment rate compared to inventory availability distributed through Little Hotelier. This can help you to understand overall supply and demand for your local market and make informed pricing decisions.
Compare your property’s availability and fulfilment to your local market to identify opportunities.

To access the Availability report, go to Reports > Insights > Availability.
The Availability report shows you the following data:
Property fulfilment — the total distributed availability compared to total rooms sold for your property.
Market fulfilment – the total distributed availability compared to total rooms sold, across all properties using Little Hotelier in your Destination market.
Rooms total — the total number of rooms distributed via Little Hotelier (rooms available plus rooms sold).
Rooms available — remaining rooms available/open for booking.
Rooms sold — the number of rooms sold/booked.
