Advanced check-in with Guest Engagement

What is Advanced Check-in?

If you are using a Guest Engagement check-in form to collect check-in details prior to your guests arrival, you will now be able to see these details in Little Hotelier, helping you to provide a seamless and efficient check-in experience for guests.

Availability

  • Available to: All Little Hotelier customers with Guest Engagement

  • Not available in: Italy

How it works

  1. Your guest receives an email with the online pre-check-in form

  2. The guest completes the form

  3. All submitted information automatically syncs to their Little Hotelier reservation record

  4. View all details before the guest arrives via:

    1. Guest Engagement > Guest profile

    2. Reservations > Guest Engagement tab

To verify if the pre-check-in information has been received:

  1. Find the reservation in the Calendar

  2. Hover over the magnifying glass

  3. Ensure the Pre-check-in field says Received


Find guest information in the reservation record

All check-in details are automatically added to the reservation record:

  • Details tab: Primary guest information and payment details

  • Guests tab: Information about additional guests

  • Guest Engagement tab: Responses to any custom questions
