If you are using a Guest Engagement check-in form to collect check-in details prior to your guests arrival, you will now be able to see these details in Little Hotelier, helping you to provide a seamless and efficient check-in experience for guests.

Available to: All Little Hotelier customers with Guest Engagement
Not available in: Italy
How it works
Your guest receives an email with the online pre-check-in form
The guest completes the form
All submitted information automatically syncs to their Little Hotelier reservation record
View all details before the guest arrives via:
Guest Engagement > Guest profile
Reservations > Guest Engagement tab
To verify if the pre-check-in information has been received:
Find the reservation in the Calendar
Hover over the magnifying glass
Ensure the Pre-check-in field says Received
Find guest information in the reservation record
All check-in details are automatically added to the reservation record:
Details tab: Primary guest information and payment details
Guests tab: Information about additional guests
Guest Engagement tab: Responses to any custom questions
