Customise guest emails

Available email templates

All email templates can be toggled on or off as needed:

Default email templates

  • Reservation confirmation: Sent after booking with confirmation details

  • Reservation modification: Sent after booking details have been modified

  • Reservation cancellation: Sent when a booking is cancelled

Optional email templates

  • Pre-arrival message: Reminder email sent before check-in

  • Post-departure message: Thank you email sent after checkout

Steps to customise emails

  1. Navigate to Setup > Guest emails

  2. Click the pencil icon next to the email template you want to modify

  3. Personalise text and add images

  4. Click Show preview to see changes

  5. Save your changes

Email fields

  • Subject

  • Header text

  • Footer text

  • Header image: Assign or change the image. You can't delete directly when editing the email. To delete completely go to Setup > Property Settings > Media Library

  • Footer image: Assign or change the image. You can't delete directly when editing the email. To delete completely go to Setup > Property Settings > Media Library

Notes:

  • For pre-arrival and post-departure emails, configure when you want the email sent

  • Terms & conditions can be configured under Setup > Policies

  • Recommended image specs:

    • JPG, GIF or PNG format

    • 580px width and 164px height
